For my older son's 1st party we went all out and spent way too much money. I still wanted to have a great party for my baby with some of the cute 1st birthday stuff, but I didn't have much money. So we went to Party City on Saturday hoping to find something cheap and we did!
I wish all the stuff matched, it kind of has several different themes going on. But this is what we could get on clearance, so it will have to work.
Anyway, we got a cute little sailor's hat that says "I'm one" for .25¢, a Elmo photo book for .50¢, and 3 packs of cups for .99¢ each. We also got a Pooh centerpiece for .25¢ that we can put Hunter's picture in.
We got this huge Pooh ceiling decoration that has 1's hanging off of it. It was only .50¢! And lastly, we got him a 1st birthday t-shirt to wear for .99¢.I am very thankful I was able to get some very cute "1" stuff for so little. I am just going to supplement it with yellow plates and napkins and I think it will turn out okay.

My little man will be 1 on August 15th! I saw your comment and I wanted to say that mine scratches his ear until it bleeds...he does it when he is tired! So I was kind of relieved to see that your baby does the same thing to his head.
