Jamestown
We are studying the time period of the Revolutionary War. We are using a unit study from Home School in the Woods. We have been talking about the the Jamestown settlement. A few days ago we started building a small model of that settlement. Here a few pictures of it.We used their program about Colonial Life last year. My son really liked the projects that came with it. It keeps it fun! We also try to incorporate a field trip about the subject we are studying. That helps with the fun also.

I love your project, a great way to make learning fun, and it looks like the builder had a blast too!

Also, did this project come with your homeschool in the woods? We are using abeka, but my fourth grade son will soon be studying in his book the settlement of Jamestown....he is quite arsty and would love to do this....so I was wondering if this was a separate thing you printed off the internet or connected to your unit????
