Battle from the Revolutionary War

We are studying the Revolutionary war in school this year. So when my kids were playing with their Lincoln Logs set, they played pretend. Here is a picture of a village before the war.

Now, here's a picture of the same village after one of the battles of the war.

If you look close you'll see this:

I never knew they had motorcycles in the 1700's. You learn something new everyday. Well they did call the motorcycle the iron horse, didn't they?

Here is the little soldier who tried to defend his village. He may or may not have stepped on said village.

How sweet! When my children were small, we homeschooled and had so much fun learning. Lincoln Logs were one of our favorite play things also. Such a sweet little boy!

Awww, Lincoln Logs! I haven't seen those in years. When my brother and I were kids, they were one of our favorite toys!
