The excitement has been building for weeks! My oldest son has been talking about this trip non-stop. Surprisingly, my 2 year old did pretty well on the drive down. He doesn't like riding, so I was sure he would cry a lot.
We left pretty early since we don't have A/C in the van. It didn't get hot until we got close to the beach. Everyone was excited when we crossed the bridge to Ocean Isle!
We finally made it to Ocean Isle Inn! I'll post more pictures later. We're getting ready to hit the beach now.
