Giveaway- Moments For Mum Devotional Book

Sometimes life gets so busy with taking care of my children, my husband, and the household chores, that I forget to take care of myself.  Even worse, there are times when I don't spend time with God's Word like I should.  I find that reading a devotional can give me encouragement at the times I need it the most.

Moments For Mum is a collection of 61 daily devotions written by Narelle Nettelbeck of Australia.  Each devotion is only about a page to a page and a half long, so it's really easy to find time to read.  I really love the way that Narelle opens up about her struggles and her joys.  Each day she shares a story on such topics as our children, anger, trust, love, jealousy, priorities, and so much more.

I know it's supposed to be read as a daily devotional, but sometimes I find myself reading more than one.  It's kind of like she's talking to me.  I love that it's written by another mother who has been through a lot of the same things as I have.  Narelle also includes scripture relating to each day's message.

Narelle is a busy wife and mother to two boys.  You can find her online at her blog Moments For Mum.  I am encouraged each time I visit there.  You can also buy her book there and at Amazon and  Revival Nation Publishing.

Hi Nancy! Well, I guess put me down for 3 entries?.. Here's my comment, and I'm already a follower, and your button is already on my side bar! Gosh, I've been so busy today, just with household chores, that I think I sure could have done well with a book like this! Almost dinner time now, so no chance of slowing down just yet, but soon! Thank you for offering such a nice giveaway today! ~tina

I'm not a mother, so don't think I qualify, but wanted to say this is a neat give away!

It is always encouraging to read of or talk to another woman we know understands what we're going through and LOVES GOD and also reminds us He is there for us in the midst of it all. Obviously time and distance do not negate the universal experience of mothering and our need for God's wisdom as we do the blessed job He has gifted us with.It is good you have found such a friend and book.
