Once I find something I like, I tend to keep making it until I find something else I love. I had these at Christmas, but just now tried to make them myself. I love them and eat way too many, so I can't make them too much!
Vanilla Peanut Butter Crackers
1 pkg. CANDIQUICK
1/2 box Ritz crackers
1 jar peanut butter
First you make peanut butter crackers
Then you melt the CANDIQUICK in a pot
Then you dip the crackers in the vanilla in the pot
Place the dipped crackers on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper
Put the cookie sheet in the fridge or freezer for about 5 minutes
Then enjoy!

Hi Nancy, My hairdresser made us a jar of these for Christmas, except dipped in chocolate. I bet the vanilla is really tasty. Thanks for sharing. Have a safe and nice weekend.
I bet those are good! I'm like you with the repeating of the recipes.
I discovered a new recipe at Christmas for chocolate covered cherry cookies and have very deliberately NOT made any more since I ate almost all of the entire batch all by myself. They are so, so good. Maybe you have inspired me to make some more... since I'm definitely not tired of them yet. :)
Oh my josh ... did you have to post that! My poor diet, I have got to try them, looks wonderful!
Wow these look so good and easy. I will have to try these. I could make them with chocolate this weekend while I'm snowed in since I don't have vanilla. Thanks for posting this.
These look really GOOD! I'm pretty sure someone would have to steal whatever's left before I could stop eating them! Thanks for sharing the recipe! ~tina
I have had these before though I've never made them myself. They are awesome!
I can't wait to try these! Thanks for posting the recipe.
Nancy

Oh my goodness Nancy- those look WONDERFUL! I've never had those dipped in vanilla before- I'll have to try that for sure!
That looks so yummy. I bet you could do the same for Oreos. (I'm so bad for thinking of Oreos too.)
Those look delicious!
And I'm with Kriste....I'll bet Oreo's will be delicious dipped in that white stuff too!
Oh, yum! My husband would love these. I've have to try it.
