Would You Like to Read The Bible In 90 Days?

As many of you know, I took the Challenge via Mom's Toolbox starting in January to read the Bible in 90 days.  It wasn't always easy, let's face it some of the Bible is kind of boring what with all the numbers and who begat who.   But with a great group of ladies encouraging me, I was able to finish reading the whole Bible in just under 90 days!

You may be thinking why read it so quickly.  To me, it just seemed more attainable being only 3 months instead of a year or two.  There were things I wanted to think on and explore more in depth, but I just hi-lighted them, so I could come back later and focus more on them.

Mom's Toolbox is starting up another read the Bible in 90 days starting on July 5th.  Here is some information if you would like to join:

Blogging through the Bible in 90 Days with MomsToolbox.com begins July 5. Participants will read every word of the Bible, check in weekly on MomsToolbox.com and be encouraged in their journey into God's Word.

Hmmm... I don't know if I would like reading the Bible straight through in 3 months... but that's probably just me. I usually read it through in a year, but that gives me plenty of time to read something, maybe back-track, or think things over, and then apply it to what I'm experiencing.
To me, reading the Bible's a lot like sharing a good meal with friends... I want to savor every morsel! ;)
