You lost a lot of weight the first week or so. They were wondering if I was actually feeding you or not. We had a hard time with the nursing thing at first. But now you are an old pro. You did look rather thin up until a couple of months ago. Big brother was so much bigger than you when he was your age, so I worried. Now you weigh almost 20 pounds. I don't worry as much anymore.

You are a great sleeper. You started sleeping 12 hours a night when you were about 10 weeks old. The doctor wanted me to wake you to eat! Doesn't he know, you don't wake a sleeping baby? Anyway, you still sleep your 12 hours, as long as it's dark when I put you to bed. I guess you don't want to miss any of the fun stuff that is going on.

When you were about 7 months old your teeth started coming in. One right after the other, all six came in. We noticed on Sunday, you have two more peeking through. Guess that is why you have been a little cranky! That was the same time you started to sit up all by yourself.

By April you were starting to crawl. A month later you were hard to keep up with. By then you had discovered cruising. So you pulled yourself up onto anything you could find. You started taking your first steps in June. They were scary for both of us. Your poor head has had a bunch of bumps on it. But, in the last couple of weeks, you have really gotten this walking thing down. Now you can walk all the way down the hall, as long as you don't go too fast. I know it's hard to keep up with your big brother!
