Free Crockpot

The other day while looking at grocery store sales papers, I saw an ad that caught my eye. It was for a free crockpot at Bi-Lo. Y'all remember what happened to my last crockpot, right? If not, read this.

In order to get the crockpot you had to buy $50 in fresh meat. That was pretty easy for me to do since my husband is a really big meat eater. I got lucky, apparently they didn't have very many crockpots and it was only while supplies last. Now I have a brand new crockpot and it matches my kitchen!

WOW! What a deal!!!!
Is that cool, or what? Isn't it great to get something you want anyway, for something you buy all the time?

I LOVE my crockpot!

I would hide it from the little one! I like using my crockpot, but I need some more recipes. I make the same things all the time. It gets a little old. Do you have some recipes to share?

What a good deal. A crock pot is something one does not want to be without. There are so many good things you can make. A while back, I had taken my mother to a "cottage" cafe where a lady had fixed her home in Victorian decor and served sandwiches, soups and pie for lunch. The place was lovely. We passed by the open kitchen door on our way out and saw about 7 crock pots all in a row in which she made her delicious soups. I always thought that was a wonderful idea. Blessings,Kathleen
