Blog Hop '09

Hey y'all! Welcome to Southern Blessings! I am participating in Blog Hop '09 since I can't afford to go to Blogher in Chicago.

My name is Nancy and I am a stay at home wife and mom to two boys ages 12 and almost 2. We are a homeschool family who live in the country. I have lots of chickens whom I love and a couple guineas. We have dogs, cats, fish, crayfish, and a rabbit. I think I included everything, lol!

I named my blog Southern Blessings because I live in the south, specifically South Carolina and it reminds me to count my blessings every day. I love to talk about my kids and our homeschool. I am currently doing an online women's Bible study that I post on. I also post book and product reviews. Lastly, I like to host giveaways. I'll be having one next week, if you'd like to stop back by.

Thanks for visiting! I would love it if you'd leave a comment so I could stop by your place and say hello! If you want to read more blog hop '09 posts you can see them here.

Yeah, besides the baby I couldn't really afford to go to BlogHer either. And I only live two hours away. Oh, well. Having lots of fun finding new blogs through the BlogHop.

Those boys of yours are sure cute, and they look happy together in the last picture.

I might check out the blog hop, never heard of this, or BlogHer! See what I learn reading blogs?

Hi Nancy

Just hopping over from the Blog Hop 09.
Your kids are adorable (that's allowed at that age right?) I'm constantly being corrected by teenagers and twenty somethings as to what is "in" and what is "out" you guessed it, I'm more "out" than "in". *laughing*

Love your place here, look forward to getting to know you better.

Happy Blogging
Blessings

Hi Nancy!

Taking time to count your blessings is a blessing in itself...I feel pretty lucky to be me most days too.
