I am so sorry!  I've been a bad, bad blogger!  I had good intentions to blog on a more regular basis, but, somehow that hasn't worked out for me yet.  Even worse, I haven't been visiting your blogs either!  I am so ashamed, I'm a bad blogger and a bad bloggy friend!

So, since the picture says no excuses,  I won't make any.  I will, however, give you some reasons (LOL!!!) why I haven't been around.  First of all, let me just say that 8th grade math is hard!  I am having to relearn everything I have forgotten over the years.  And apparently that was alot!  That takes up a good amount of time.  First I have to figure it out and then figure out how to teach it, lol!  But we're getting there.

Also, I seem to have a harder time coming up with things to blog about since Barb and her family moved in.  I don't really know why, you would think I would have more to blog about.  Who knows? 

Plus, I can't find my camera, and I really like to include pictures with my posts.  It's been missing for weeks!  I have no idea where it is.  If anyone finds it, let me know!

The past couple days I have been kinda depressed too.  It seems like there is so much going on and I am so behind on everything, I don't know how to get caught back up.

If I leave this one out, some of you that are my Facebook friends would know!  So, here goes, I am addicted to the game Frontierville on Facebook.  A friend got me started on it, and I can't seem to stop.  I know it's bad,  but I can't help it.

I didn't want y'all to think I fell off the face of the earth or anything.  I am going to try and visit y'all sometime in the next week, sorry I've not been by.  I promise to try and do better!

I love this time of year.  It's starting to get cooler, most of the time, lol!  The leaves change colors, and it's almost time for Halloween!  I love the dressing up, getting and giving candy, the decorations, and scary movies!


I love being scared and until this year it had been around 4 years since I had been to a haunted house.  We live in the country so it takes forever to get anywhere, so we had to drive for quite awhile to get to one my cousin told me about.  But when we got there we noticed there were 2 right there close together.


Me, Ronnie, and Barb went.  We wanted to get away from the kids and have some fun by ourselves for a change!  The one we went to was Scream Acres.  They had a haunted house and a hay ride too.  The line was so long, but we had fun just talking.  Ronnie kept getting Freddy to scare Barb.  It was so funny seeing her get scared!  It seemed like every time he came around she wasn't paying attention and he'd scare her.


The haunted house part wasn't really that scary.  The hayride after was a lot of fun, though.  There were lots of different scenes.  Some were funny, some were scary.  Barb got scared on the hayride too.  We were on a trailer and sitting against the sides.  Every time she got scared, she slid all the way to the middle of the trailer.  I laughed so hard I cried!  I had the best time with her and my hubby!


We had so much fun, we are going to try and go to the other one we found this weekend.  Freddy scared Barb.  The Halloween movies and music scare me.  How about you- what scares you?  A movie, a haunted house, music?

I got an awesome tote bag filled with Betty Crocker goodies!  It had lots of different kinds of brownie mixes, a couple kinds of cookie mixes, some Warm Delights microwave treats, and a mixing spoon.  Our family has been enjoying a lot of delicious desserts lately!  Thank you Betty Crocker!

I have a messy 3 year old and 2 chihuahuas, so you can imagine the stains on my carpet!  I was really happy to try KIDS 'N' PETS ALL PURPOSE CLEANER out.  It's designed for cleaning up wet, smelly, and messy kid and pet stains.  It not only takes the stain away, but the smell also.

To remove stains, you just wipe up as much as possible, then saturate with KIDS 'N' PETS and let it work for 5 minutes and wipe the stain away.  It says older stains may need to set for an hour or more for complete stain removal.  It can also be diluted and used in a steam cleaner.

I decided to try KIDS 'N' PETS on an old set in stain on a rug where one of my chihuahuas had an accident.  You can see how bad it looked before.


Since it was an old stain, I let it set around 15 minutes.  Then I blotted it up, and I could see the stain lift up onto the towel I was using.  As you can see, it got most of the stain out on one try.  I think if I would have let it set longer, the whole stain would be gone.
