Smelly Washer Review and Giveaway

I have a teenager and a preschooler, so I am always washing stinky boy's clothes!  A couple months ago I started noticing I had a smelly washing machine.  I tried to run it empty with just some detergent to see if that would help, but it didn't.  I was very happy to receive Smelly Washer to try out.  It's an all natural cleaner that removes mildew odors from towels, clothing, and your washer too!

To use you just add a level cap full to the hottest setting and run the regular setting on your washer.  One bottle can do up to 24 treatments (1 year supply).  Some cases may need more than one cleaning.

I tried running a cycle with Smelly Washer and the first time it didn't take the smell away.  So, I did it again and allowed it to soak overnight and then run the cycle.  That did the trick!  The funky smell was gone!  I was very pleased with the results.  I now have a good smelling washing machine!

Taken from the Smelly Washer blog:

When used twice a month in your washer’s hottest setting, Smelly Washer eliminates and prevents washing machine odor and mildew. Once your washer is clean, add Smelly Washer to a load of mildewed clothes or towels to finally break the odor cycle once and for all.

Smelly Washer sells for $16.99 and can be purchased here.  Or you can win one here.   I have one bottle of Smelly Washer to giveaway to one of my readers.  To enter:

Our washing machine is like 15 years old and between my husband's oily work clothes and "kidding season" towels so I could use some of that!

Sounds interesting. We use 1oz. of white vinegar and add it to our towel loads. It works wonderfully ;)

Our last apartment had a serious mold problem and although we have been out of there for almost 2 years, I still find some towels and pieces of clothing have that lingering odor. When we moved, we also got a new washer and I would love to keep it smelling nice once I get the smell out of my clothes.
